The media is pushing a narrative that Long targeted these spas because he was an anti-Asian white supremacist.

The facts tell a very different story:
Of the nine people shot: 1 was Hispanic, 2 were white, and 6 were Asian women.
A Georgia Sheriff told reporters that Long claimed his attack was not racially-motivated.
Instead, Long told police he has a sex addiction, and the spas were a “temptation for him that he wanted to eliminate.” [often spa’s are fronts for prostitution]

Here’s the uncomfortable truth: According to the Department of Justice, Asian Americans are statistically most likely to be attacked by black Americans. This is the only racial segment that isn’t most likely to be attacked by a member of their own race.
