A Rhode Island man threatened to eat a pro-abortion professor “piece by piece” — including his eyeballs — and vowed to kill “every Democrat in the world,” the U.S. attorney’s office said.

Matthew Haviland, 30, was charged with cyberstalking and transmitting a threat in interstate commerce for terrorizing a college professor in Massachusetts, who was not identified but reportedly worked at Harvard, Boston25 reported. Haviland sent the professor about 28 emails on March 10 threatening to “rip every limb” from his body, investigators said.

“I will rip every limb from your body and eat it, piece by piece [and] I will bite through your eyeballs while you’re still alive, and I will laugh while you scream,” an email read.

Matthew Haviland, 30, was arrested for allegedly threatening a pro-abortion professor.

Other emails slammed the professor for his supposed support for abortion.

“You will be held accountable for every [expletive] baby you murdered through your horrible deception of they are not humans…You will have your face ripped off and eaten by me, personally. I will enjoy raping your body after you’re dead. And that will only be the start,” officials said another threatening message stated.

“You are Evil. Pure evil — all Democrats must be eradicated, like the Confederates before them and among their ranks,” Haviland allegedly wrote, USA Today reported. “They must be slaughtered.”

The 30-year-old sent about 12 more emails five days later to the admissions office of the professor’s university.

“[Expletive], my existence is not a blight on society. Yours is, for pushing the idea that if you are able-bodied or white or okay WITH THE [EXPLETIVE] GENDER YOU WERE BORN WITH, you are a bad person,” one of the messages stated, according to authorities. “You people are Evil, putrid, and somebody shoudl [sic] BOMB your school for spreading the idea that it’s okay to HATE people because of their race.”

Federal authorities said Haviland wrote in another email, “You should be Murdered in cold blood.”

Haviland also sent 114 voice messages at a women’s medical center earlier this month.

Haviland later admitted he made the threatening calls but was not planning to harm anyone, USA Today reported. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted.

California congressional candidate Omar Navarro, who is running against Rep. Maxine Waters, said during an appearance on “Fox and Friends” Thursday that if there’s anyone who should be impeached, it’s the California Democrat.

Navarro, who wants to take Waters’ district in the 2020 election, said his opponent could be removed from Congress for “disorderly behavior,” referring to her previous calls for confrontation and relentless pushing of the conspiracy that Trump colluded with the Russian government.

OCASIO-CORTEZ-ALIGNED GROUP ATTACKS BIDEN, SAYS HE’S ‘OUT-OF-TOUCH’ WITH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

He also said his candidacy reflects the people’s views in the district since he offers something to unite behind rather than causing further division in the country.

“You know when I walk around in my district and I talk to voters, I talk to different voters, talk to the Hispanic community, which is the largest community, 54 percent of my district, you have to look what are the demographics,” he said.

“When I look at the demographics, I talk to the voters knocking on doors, people want to see someone that’s going to unite them,” Navarro added.

MAXINE WATERS CALLS BARR A ‘LACKEY AND A SYCOPHANT’ FOR TRUMP

“They are seeing Maxine Waters dividing them. They are tired of it. They had her over 30 years. She has been in public service for 40 years. It’s time for a change. Time for someone that will bring back jobs, bring back stability and common sense into our district.”

The Republican candidate also reacted to Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden’s early Thursday announcement that he was running, saying he’s using identity politics.

“That is the typical playbook of the Democrats. They use identity politics to divide people. They divide my community by using identity politics,” he said of Biden’s campaign launch. “I was Latino growing up, my parents are from Mexico and Cuba. I noticed this growing up, I used to see Democrats from all over Los Angeles using identity politics at their best.”

But Navarro said such divisive politics will backfire on Biden as it will only drive people away from the party. “One thing I’ve seen from the Democratic Party, that they have been pushing a lot of people away from the Democratic Party,” he said, pointing to increasingly hotheaded rhetoric by others.

President Donald Trump’s 2020 campaign adviser Lara Trump said on “America’s Newsroom” on Thursday that Democratic candidate Joe Biden supports policies that are too far-left for most Americans.

Joe Biden is just among a sea of other [Democratic] candidates who quite frankly are all trying to out-Bernie one another, [they are] so far left, [have] become so radical,” said Lara, who is married to the president’s son, Eric.

Earlier in the day, the former vice president announced that he was throwing his hat into the ring to be the Democratic nominee for the 2020 presidential election.

Biden said that the “soul of this nation” is at stake if President Donald Trump wins re-election.

OCASIO-CORTEZ-ALIGNED GROUP ATTACKS BIDEN, SAYS HE’S ‘OUT-OF-TOUCH’ WITH DEMOCRATIC PARTY

The 76-year-old Biden becomes an instant front-runner alongside Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who is leading many polls and has proved to be a successful fundraiser. Biden has legislative and international experience that is unmatched in the Democratic field, and he is among the best-known faces in U.S. politics.

Lara Trump said that both Biden and Sanders are to the extreme left of most American voters.

“When you look at things like Bernie Sanders running on socialism…when he claims that the Boston Marathon bombers should have the right to vote – that is so far outside what I think most Americans can back.”

In a video posted on Twitter, Biden focused on the 2017 deadly clash between white supremacists and counter-protesters in Charlottesville, Virginia. Biden noted Trump’s comments that there were some “very fine people” on both sides of the violent encounter, which left one woman dead.

“We are in the battle for the soul of this nation,” Biden said. “If we give Donald Trump eight years in the White House, he will forever and fundamentally alter the character of this nation — who we are. And I cannot stand by and watch that happen.”

MATT GORMAN: JOE BIDEN IS IN THE DEMOCRATIC ‘FRIEND ZONE’ – HE’S GOING TO REALLY REGRET THIS DECISION

Lara Trump dismissed Biden’s message as “race-baiting as usual, as we see from the Democrats, and identity politics is something I think we’ll see more of.”

“I didn’t hear any proposal for the future of this country in his announcement,” she said.

She said that she expects her father-in-law to do well in the election, including in Biden’s home state of Pennsylvania, because he has kept promises.

LESLIE MARSHALL: BIDEN’S IN FOR 2020 – HERE’S WHY HE’LL MAKE TRUMP A ONE-TERM PRESIDENT

“Pennsylvania is a state that Donald Trump won because he promised the people there that he would get them their jobs back,” she said. “The manufacturing jobs that were taken away that Barack Obama — who I might remind folks was a partner right alongside Joe Biden and got a lot of nothing accomplished — said we had lost for good and would never get the manufacturing jobs back. Donald Trump brought them back. That’s something the people of Pennsylvania are incredibly grateful for.”

She added: “Whether you are talking about Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, people are going to look at their lives in 2020 and say ‘is stuff better for me now than it was before Donald Trump took office or will we give Joe Biden a chance to do nothing like we saw during the Obama years?’”

A New Jersey mayor, accused of anti-Semitism on Twitter after telling a resident to call the cops on “Hasidic and Orthodox Jews” invading parks and beaches, apologized Wednesday and said it was a big “misinterpretation.”

A resident of Brick Township reportedly tweeted: “Can we please do something about our parks and beaches. They are being invaded by the Hasidic and Orthodox Jews and being ruined. Our tax paying residents are being forced out while politicians sit and do nothing.”

A six-year-old German boy led Spanish police Wednesday to a cave on the Canary island of Tenerife where they found the bodies of his mother and 10-year-old brother after apparently escaping his father and being found by hikers.

Authorities said the boy was spotted on Tuesday alone near the town of Adeje, covered in dirt and crying on the path. It is believed the boy had spent about 5 hours wandering alone before he was spotted, El Pais reported.

The hikers took the boy, who doesn’t speak Spanish and appeared to be in shock, to the Civil Guard station where a local resident helped translate.

The bodies of a German woman and her 10-year-old son were found in a cave in the Canary island of Tenerife, on Wednesday said the Civil Guard, adding that the boy's father, who was also German, had been arrested.

The boy, which the Spanish newspaper identified as Jonas, told authorities through a translator that his father had led him and his family to a cave and attacked him. He said he was able to escape after seeing large quantities of blood.

Civil Guard arrested the 43-year-old father, who is also German and identified as Thomas Handrick by El Pais, in an apartment in downtown Adeje, a town of 43,000 residents in southwestern Tenerife.

He reportedly refused to say where the rest of his family was and became violent during the arrest. Handrick reportedly had scratch marks and injuries at the time of his arrest.

On Wednesday, a search party of more than 100 emergency workers and police, aided by helicopters, was sent out to find the boy’s missing son and mother.

The White House said Trump adviser Stephen Miller will not accept the House Oversight Committee’s invitation to appear before the panel on the administration’s immigration policy in the latest White House move to block congressional testimony by key officials.

White House Counsel Pat Cipollone penned a letter to committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., on Wednesday, notifying him of the decision. While blocking Miller from testifying, Cipollone did, however, offer cabinet secretaries and other agency officials to appear instead.

TRUMP VOWS TO FIGHT ‘ALL’ SUBPOENAS AGAINST ADMINISTRATION, CALLS DEMAND FOR MCGAHN TESTIMONY ‘RIDICULOUS’

“In accordance with long-standing precedent, we respectfully decline the invitation to make Mr. Miller available for testimony before the Committee,” he wrote. “The precedent for members of the White House staff to decline invitations to testify before congressional committees has been consistently adhered to by administrations of both political parties, and is based on clearly established constitutional doctrines.”

He added: “In light of the Committee’s interest, we welcome the opportunity to discuss the Administration’s immigration policy priorities and note that many Executive Branch officials, including cabinet secretaries and other agency leaders, have testified on multiple occasions regarding the Administration’s efforts to secure the border.”

“Testimony by such Executive Branch officials with responsibilities defined by statute would be a reasonable accommodation to the Committee’s questions and legislative goals,” he wrote.

The White House’s decision comes after President Trump vowed this week to fight “all” subpoenas against the administration.

But the Oversight Committee did not subpoena Miller. Cummings invited Miller to testify on why he believes it is “good policy for the Trump administration to take the actions it has. Cummings noted the administration’s unofficial policy of separating immigrant children from their parents at the border, “transferring asylum seekers to sanctuary cities as a form of illegal retribution” against political adversaries, and “firing top Administration officials who refuse orders to violate the law.”

TRUMP, AGAIN, SAYS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WILL BE ‘GIVEN’ TO SANCTUARY CITIES, STATES

The invitation from Cummings came after President Trump announced that illegal immigrants would be “given” to sanctuary cities, pending official decisions from the Department of Homeland Security. Also, earlier this month, Trump said that the administration has no plans to revive the controversial policy that allowed for family separations at the border.

That announcement came amid a massive shakeup at the Department of Homeland Security. Earlier this month, President Trump announced that DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen would be resigning, and replaced with former CBP Commissioner Kevin McAleenan, who would serve as acting secretary of the agency.

Since then, McAleenan appointed John Sanders to serve as acting CBP commissioner; former head of the Transportation Security Administration David Pekoske to be his acting deputy secretary at DHS; and Patricia Cogswell as acting TSA administrator. The White House earlier this month announced that James M. Murray would become head of the U.S. Secret Service—replacing Randolph “Tex” Alles.

Meanwhile, the committee is currently leading Trump-focused investigations. Cummings is leading an investigation into the controversial security clearance process for Trump administration officials, and also subpoenaing materials related to the president’s personal finances. Last week, Cummings vowed to subpoena Trump’s accountant.

It seems Hillary Clinton still isn’t over her 2016 election defeat.

In a fiery op-ed published in the Washington Post, the former secretary of state and Democratic candidate for president charged Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report outlined: “a serious crime against the American people.”

“Our election was corrupted, our democracy assaulted, our sovereignty and security violated. This is the definitive conclusion of special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s report. It documents a serious crime against the American people,” the piece begins.

Clinton — who admitted early in the column, “this is personal for me, and some may say I’m not the right messenger” — then discussed the man who defeated her in 2016, and seemingly warned her party against pushing for impeachment.

SEAN HANNITY: IMAGINE IF THE CLINTONS ARE GUILTY OF ALL THE CRIMES THEY HAVE ACCUSED TRUMP OF COMMITTING

“The debate about how to respond to Russia’s “sweeping and systematic” attack — and how to hold President Trump accountable for obstructing the investigation and possibly breaking the law — has been reduced to a false choice: immediate impeachment or nothing. History suggests there’s a better way to think about the choices ahead,” she wrote.

“My perspective is not just that of a former candidate and target of the Russian plot. I am also a former senator and secretary of state who served during much of Vladimir Putin’s ascent, sat across the table from him and knows firsthand that he seeks to weaken our country.

“I am also someone who, by a strange twist of fate, was a young staff attorney on the House Judiciary Committee’s Watergate impeachment inquiry in 1974, as well as first lady during the impeachment process that began in 1998. And I was a senator for New York after 9/11, when Congress had to respond to an attack on our country. Each of these experiences offers important lessons for how we should proceed today.”

Clinton continued in the piece to call on Congress to “hold substantive hearings that build on the Mueller report and fill in its gaps,” and said the country needs “clear-eyed patriotism, not reflexive partisanship.”

GEORGE CONWAY PRAISES HILLARY CLINTON FOR HER OP-ED ON MUELLER PROBE: ‘I’M WITH HER’

Clinton’s op-ed was published after Whitewater independent counsel Robert Ray explained why he believes the former secretary of state is “exactly wrong” to claim President Trump would have been indicted if he weren’t president.

Ray said he believes the report disputes that, adding that Barr speaking to Special Counsel Robert Mueller prior to the release of the report — and his press conference — only further weight on the opposite side of Clinton’s claim.

“That is why the attorney general, before the report was released to the public went back to the special counsel apparently on more than one occasion, as he said in his press conference,” Ray said during a Wednesday appearance on “Fox & Friends.”

He continued, claiming the purpose of going back to Robert Mueller was “to inquire about” whether the reason why Trump wasn’t indicted is that he’s sitting president.

“The answer that came back is, no, that is not what I’m saying,” Ray said.

“So I know people in some quarters don’t want to listen to what the attorney general actually said but while that is a reasonable question, Hillary Clinton has it exactly wrong. That is not the reason.”

Two homes belonging to embattled Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh were searched Thursday by federal agents as part of a multi-site raid also encompassing City Hall and coming amid the ongoing investigation into Pugh’s half a million dollar book sale windfall.

Additionally, FBI and IRS agents searched the Maryland Center for Adult Training, where Pugh once led a nonprofit job training program alongside three of her staffers; the office of Pugh’s attorney, Steven Silverman; and the home of Pugh staffer Gary Brown Jr., the Baltimore Sun reported.

Agents carrying boxes were seen Thursday morning entering the locations, where pictures also showed them surveying the grounds and taking pictures.

FBI spokesman Dave Fitz confirmed to reporters outside the agency’s Baltimore office that agents from the Washington Field Office “executed court-authorized search warrants” at “both residences and City Hall.” He said he couldn’t reveal any more information because the search warrants were sealed.

Pugh’s defense attorney did not immediately return Fox News’ request for comment, and her spokesman, James Bentley, told the Associated Press he had no immediate comment.

BALTIMORE MAYOR’S $500G DEAL FOR ‘HEALTHY HOLLY’ CHILDREN’S BOOKS DRAWS SCRUTINY

The Democratic mayor, who is currently on a leave of absence she’s blamed on pneumonia, has faced mounting calls to resign after it was discovered she reportedly received $500,000 from the University of Maryland Medical System for her self-authored “Healthy Holly” children’s book series.

UMMS reportedly paid Pugh for 100,000 copies of her books between 2011 and 2018, while she was on its board, with the stated intention of distributing the books to schools and day care centers.

But some 50,000 copies remain unaccounted for and officials are probing if they were ever even printed.

Pugh took the indefinite leave of absence earlier this month on the same day Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan requested a criminal investigation into the lucrative, but controversial book deal. Five of Pugh’s staffers have since gone on paid leave, too.

In the ensuing weeks, the entire lineup of the current City Council, every lawmaker in Maryland’s House of Delegates, the influential Greater Baltimore Committee business group and other prominent Maryland leaders have called on the first-term mayor to resign.

BALTIMORE CITY COUNCIL CALLS ON EMBATTLED MAYOR CATHERINE PUGH TO RESIGN IMMEDIATELY

Pugh’s communications staff has said she intends to return to City Hall when she is feeling better, but have declined to provide a timetable.

Only a conviction can trigger a Baltimore mayor’s removal from office, according to City Solicitor Andre Davis, citing the state’s constitution. Baltimore’s mayor-friendly City Charter currently provides no options for ousting its executive.

“The charter is utterly silent on how long the leave can last, exactly what the reasons are for a leave,” Davis told reporters.

Pugh came to office in late 2016 after edging out ex-Mayor Sheila Dixon, who spent much of her own tenure fighting corruption charges before being forced to depart office in 2010 as part of a plea deal connected to the misappropriation of about $500 in gift cards meant for needy families.

While the accusations have certainly cast a pall over Pugh, she has not been indicted for a crime, and it is unclear how long the current criminal investigation will take. Earlier this month, Silverman said the mayor looks forward to cooperating with the state prosecutor’s probe and will provide “as much information as possible to put this matter to rest.”

If she returned and sought reelection, it’s almost certain Pugh would face a bruising 2020 Democratic primary. Many political observers who’ve called for her to step down, believe Pugh will never again be able to wield power effectively due to the scandal.

Cindy McCain, the widow of late Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., responded to the reports that her family will endorse former Vice President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election.

McCain tweeted Wednesday: “Joe Biden is a wonderful man and dear friend of the McCain Family. However, I have no intention of getting involved in presidential politics.”

Her daughter, “The View” host Meghan McCain retweeted the remarks.

JOE BIDEN OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES 2020 PRESIDENTIAL BID

Biden officially announced his candidacy for president Thursday in a video message, capping off weeks of reports that he will join the crowded Democratic field. Biden unsuccessfully ran for president in 1988 and 2008.

McCain’s comment comes after a report in the Washington Examiner that said the McCain family would support Biden. The report cited sources close to the family.

“The source said they expected Meghan McCain to speak out in favor of Biden should he get the nomination, but a Cindy McCain endorsement could come sooner,” according to the Washington Examiner.

A progressive political group that boosted New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez‘s bid for Congress last year vowed to oppose former Vice President Joe Biden in the 2020 Democratic presidential primary, blasting him as part of the “old guard” and accusing him of standing in opposition to the “center of energy” in the Democratic Party.

JOE BIDEN OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES 2020 PRESIDENTIAL BID

“While we’re going to support the Democratic nominee, we can’t let a so-called ‘centrist’ like Joe Biden divide the Democratic Party and turn it into the party of ‘No, we can’t,’” the group Justice Democrats said Thursday.

Biden announced his candidacy for president Thursday. He enters a crowded field of Democratic contenders aiming to unseat President Trump — nearly 32 years after he announced his first campaign for president. The campaign is Biden’s third bid for the White House, having also unsuccessfully run in 1988 and 2008.

“The old guard of the Democratic Party failed to stop Trump, and they can’t be counted on to lead the fight against his divide-and-conquer politics today,” Justice Democrats said. “The party needs new leadership with a bold vision capable of energizing voters in the Democratic base who stayed home in 2016.”

The group added: “Joe Biden stands in near complete opposition to where the center of energy is in the Democratic Party today.”

BIDEN’S SENATE RECORDS HELD BY HIS ALMA MATER WON’T BE RELEASED UNTIL LATE 2019, POSSIBLY EVEN LATER

“Democrats are increasingly uniting around progressive populist policies like ‘Medicare-for-All,’ a Green New Deal, free college, rejecting corporate money, ending mass incarceration and deportation. We don’t need someone who voted for the Iraq War, for mass incarceration, and for the Bankruptcy Reform Act while voting against gay marriage, reproductive rights, and school desegregation,” Justice Democrats said.

According to its website, Justice Democrats says its mission is “to elect a new type of Democratic majority in Congress, one which will create a thriving economy and democracy that works for the people, not big money interests.”

The attacks could foreshadow the looming clash between the progressive and establishment wings of the party: Biden, along with independent Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont — who enjoys the support of Democratic Socialists in the party — have consistently topped the polls in the race for the Democratic nomination.
